La Manga - Water Sports and Beaches

A spacious, two-bedroomed, two-bathroom first floor apartment on the La Manga strip offering spectacular views over the Tomas Maestre Marina, the Mediterranean, and the Mar Menor. A great place to get away from it all and relax, and yet within easy reach of a superb choice of watersports, including diving & sailing. La Torre Golf Resort

A spacious single-level luxury penthouse apartment with balcony and adjoining dual aspect solarium/terrace, which overlooks gardens, two swimming pools, toddlers’ pool and play area, and gives views of the golf course and driving range. Satellite TV, internal telephone & pay-as-you-go internet access provided. Within the gated Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort, the apartment is conveniently situated almost opposite the Clubhouse and within a two minute walk from the “town centre” which contains a bank, choice of bars and restaurants, and medical facilities. The resort has a comprehensive supermarket and newsagents, and offers golf and tennis. In addition, a 5* hotel is due for completion in December 2008 which will provide additional facilities including a Spa. For the golfer, this is an exceptional resort offering an 18hole course, plus free shuttle bus transport to 3 further Polaris Golf courses in the area. La Torre is just 15 minutes from the Mar Menor which offers award-winning beaches, an enormous variety of watersports, horse-riding and walking opportunities, and is just 15 minutes from San Javier airport. Prices are for the apartment for 7 days (not per person) – divide by seven and multiply by the number of days you wish to book to get your personal quotation. (Please note there is a cleaning charge for breaks of less than 5 days). Throughout the year we have discounts for multiple weeks booked, and can also negotiate extremely competitive rates for long lets. Bookings can be made from and to any day of the week so you take advantage of cheaper flights. Spring & Summer 2008 - 10% discount for second week, and 15% discount on third week booked. Winter Offer - 3 weeks for the price of 2 weeks, and special rates for longer bookings. We have an online calendar so you can immediately check availability.

Two-Centre Holidays

We had a fabulous holiday in Los Miradores. The apartment is great. We had everything we needed for our stay. It was lovely & quiet there. The view over the Marina is great and the apartment is ideally located close to the supermarket & beach, restaurants & bars & yet not too near. We loved the beach & the Mar Menor. Your directions to the Paque Bote were great. We spent several days at the beach there. The girls enjoyed the inflatable slides & water trampoline & paddle boats there. The apartment is lovely & spacious & was very clean. The whole apartment complex is lovely & quiet & the pool was lovely & warm. The whole Mar Menor area is a lovely area, very unspoilt by commercialism. The whole family enjoyed it & had a very relaxing time there.
